Common questions about consigning with us. Have a question we haven't answered? Call 541-601-0398.

How does consignment work?
+
You drop off (or ship) your items to us. We evaluate, photograph, list, and sell them across the best platforms. When an item sells, we deduct commission from the sale price and pay you the rest — no upfront cost.
What items do you sell?
+
We specialize in collectibles, vintage goods, coins, jewelry, and other high-value inventory. We also work with pawn shops and retailers on general merchandise. If we're not the right fit for something, we'll tell you.
How much does it cost?
+
Commission is 20–35% depending on sale price, with a $25 minimum per item. Platform fees (eBay, Whatnot, etc.) are covered by us — not billed on top. Volume discounts are available for businesses.
Where do you sell?
+
eBay, Whatnot live auctions, and additional marketplaces depending on the item category. We pick the platform that will get the highest return for each piece.
How long does the process take?
+
Photography and listing typically happen within a week of drop-off. Sale timelines vary by item — auctions can close in days, buy-it-now listings may take longer. We'll give you an expected timeline during evaluation.
When do I get paid?
+
We issue payments on a regular schedule after sales clear the platform's payout window. You receive a detailed report with every payment.
Do you work with businesses?
+
Yes — pawn shops, retailers, and liquidators are a core part of our business. We offer volume programs and pilot testing so you can start small.
Do I need to be local to work with you?
+
We're based in Southwest Colorado and prefer to work with sellers in the Four Corners region so we can handle items in person. Reach out and we'll discuss the best approach for your situation.
